Please follow these five steps to complete a Mobile Deposit. For your security, each check deposited must follow these steps, allowing your check to be used only once.
- Endorse the back of the check and write "For Mobile Deposit Only to Vibe Credit Union" underneath your signature. Unfortunately, simply checking the "For Mobile Deposit" box is not sufficient per guidelines.
- Log in to the Mobile Banking App and choose Mobile Deposit.
- Select your account and type the amount.
- Place your check on a dark background in ample light and take a photo of the check's front and back.
- Verify your account, amount, and pictures, and click "Deposit".
Quick Tip: keep your check for 45 days after the Mobile Deposit just in case we need to review it.
Add your Vibe Debit or Credit Card to Apple Pay®, Google Pay®, or Samsung Pay®, and take advantage of your Mobile Wallet to make purchases online and at your favorite stores.
Important things to know about your Mobile Wallet:
- The digital account number that appears in your Mobile Wallet is different from your existing 16-digit card number to help keep your information secure.
- You can use your Mobile Wallet to pay for things both in-store and online.
- When paying in-store, use your phone, smartwatch, or tablet to open your Mobile Wallet and select your card. Then tap your device to the contactless terminal.
- When paying online or in-app, select your specific Mobile Wallet and then log in to purchase.
- Your existing Vibe card number has not changed and can still be used for everyday purchases.
